Renter agrees to pay $70/month after the initial term of the rental agreement has expired

Renter agrees to return breast pump in the same condition as received.

Renter agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $10 for any soiled breast pumps.

The renter shall have no right, title or interest in the breast pump, except set forth in this agreement.

The breast pump will remain the property of Breastpumps.com.

Renter shall accept full responsibility for the proper use and return of the breast pump, it’s case (if applicable) or using the packing materials included in the initial shipment.

Renter will not allow breast pump to be used by another person

Renter must notify Breastpumps.com within 2 days of receipt of pump if damage is noted. Otherwise pump will be assumed delivered in good condition.

Renter assumes all responsibility for damage incurred by use of non-approved pumping kit.

This agreement shall automatically terminate upon written notice by Breastpumps.com, upon which time the renter will have (2) business days in which to return the breast pump to process a return shipment to the designated location and pay account in full.

Renter agrees to pay all fees, including collection and court costs, if this agreement is not fulfilled and/or renter fails to return breast pump at MSRP price of $699.99

Renter agrees to pay any tax imposed by reason of this transaction, unless a physicians order is provided for the pump.

Renter agrees to handle the breast pump with utmost care, and reimburse Breastpumps.com the current list price for any damaged/missing parts.

Renter agrees to immediately inform Breastpumps.com of any changes to the credit card account used to secure this agreement.

Renter agrees to pay all repair costs for damaged incurred during the rental period.

Renter may return the breast pump to the return address at their own cost or may pay $25.00 for a return label to be provided by Breastpumps.com
